About us
Founded in 2019, Friendship for Affordable Housing (FFAH) is a for-profit affordable housing developer and division of a financially stable third-generation real estate group with diverse assets and acquisitions, including multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial properties. FFAH has quickly become a recognized leader in the affordable housing sector.
Our mission is to provide safe, stable, and affordable homes to the most at-risk populations in our communities. To date, we have successfully developed 375 units of permanent supportive housing, complemented by essential supportive services that enhance resident well-being and community stability.
